Biography/Work Summary

Roy Kirchner is well known in the Sales and Marketing community in Tampa Bay, Florida and beyond, having already forged himself a reputation of being one of the nation’s fastest-rising under-40 business executives. Roy joins the Star Performance Marketing (SPM) team as Director of Business Development and Lead Specialist.

Roy is a “jack of all trades” and is used to wearing many hats. Relying on his deep understanding of automobile dealerships, Roy’s expertise is in “opening doors” by calling on automobile dealerships and demonstrating how SPM can generate new qualified customers resulting in the dealership experiencing growth and sales.

Roy’s ability to think outside the box and successfully create new business for SPM comes naturally. Within the first 60 days of Roy’s involvement and efforts with SPM, he was able to single-handedly deliver new business that in essence doubled SPM’s portfolio of clients.

Kirchner’s beginnings were in the automotive industry. Starting on the frontline selling cars, trucks and motorcycles to complete strangers, he soon realized that he was blessed with a special talent – selling! He sold no less than 250 cars annually for five straight years, outselling 63 of his older, more seasoned colleagues.

“It was an incredible education,” says Kirchner. “I consider it my Entrepreneurial Boot Camp. I realized that for any business to succeed, it needed to identify and activate its target audience. You need to ‘sell’ your Call to Action. And you need this Call to Action to reach the right people or your business will collapse.”

After personally managing the sales of thousands of Toyotas, Jeeps, Ford, Dodges and Chryslers, Mr. Kirchner redirected his passion for closing with Focus, Inc., quickly gaining a reputation as a tech-savvy “sales savant”. As the company’s Operations Director, as well as the Senior Member of its award-winning Consulting Team, Roy’s leadership generated results – the company’s revenue grew by 10 percent on a monthly basis, shattering industry-wide lead generation records for profits.
