I've never seen a dealer run an Internet Department 100% correctly. The department head needs to be a "true" manager with a certain amount of autonomy.

- I was in the car business before diapers. As a family owned and operated business I took Cars Etc for granted in the beginning. Along side my cousin and best man, David Hensley Jr. we began working here at the age of 12, washing cars for a buck, LOL. Since then, we have worked our way up the corporate step ladder (its not very big). I definitely get "the most fired individual award" over the whole existence of Cars Etc seeing how my father, James Hensley, and I butt heads over the years. David Hensley Jr. was a lot smarter. He learned from my mistakes. He just kept his head low and worked hard. I am beginning to catch onthis idea but I still try to push the thought processes of everyone. Now, David Jr. and I are pushing Cars Etc to new heights with internet marketing, social networking, and other tools not known to "the old skool guys," David Hensley Sr. (general manager) and James Hensley (owner).

- I love doing "Daddy Dos" with my newborn son, Keagan Eyre Hensley and hanging out with my beautiful wife. Tweetin', Facebookin' and anything that a Web Junkie can get into... Anything sports including my addiction to fantasy football!!!!
