Biography/Work Summary

35 Years as a dealer in Ohio and South Carolina. We sold our dealership in 2007 and I joined NADA in the Used Car Guide Company part of NADA Services Corporation. I have served on the NADA Executive Committee in the past, as well as the Advisory Board for the Guide Company. I am a past Chairman of the Cleveland and Ohio Dealers Association. My efforts and those of many others have helped develop the Guide's newest product AppraisalPRO, which allows dealers to deliver a transparent validated appraisal to customers. Gen Y buyers who will buy 1 in 4 vehicles this year, require this approach. We have market data from various sources to help dealers value vehicles in their market, in real time.
