Idea's on setting up your own program like TRS tax max

I'm planning on implementing a program for our 4 lots that let customers count on their tax refunds today.  We will do this by basically deferring the down payment until 3/15.  We will probably make them have $500 on date of sale, start payments immediately and then defer the what ever the full down payment is to be paid with their tax return. We are going to follow a lot of TRS policies and require a lot of the same forms and tax returns, etc.  We will have a promissary note (which is really…See More
