Where did the sales pros of yesterday go?

They went far far away ....professional sales people don't work for minimum wage, and they don't work for 15-18% of the front of any deal. The sales pros that I used to work with were stronger than death and greedier than Midas and everytime their pay plan was penciled back they moved closer to the door. and then finally out. We are getting to the point where (depending upon the store's location and volume) the internet department and the sales department are going to become one in the same.… Continue
