I am the Internet Sales / BDC Director at John Marazzi Nissan, formerly Naples Nissan. I accepted this position in September 2008 after 7 years at Ft. Myers Toyota in Fort Myers, Florida where I managed the Internet Sales Department from a one man show and 20 cars a month up to a staff of nine and 130 plus sales per month.
Our G.M. John Marazzi left after 17 years and bought Naples Nissan and as is usually true, good people follow a true leader.
This store was selling around 25-30 vehicles a month. I have installed the right process, people and promotion so that 100 - 150 vehicles per month will be a reality.
We have grown this department to 50-54 cars a month since January 2009 in the worst car market in history. In July 2009 wour Internet Department sold 72 New and Used Vehicles and accouned for 38% of the Dealerships total sold units. August 14th we are tracking 86!
We have eliminated all but one third party lead provider and capitalize on "First Party Leads" converted on our web site.
We are Search Conquest Driven and maximize every opportunity with strong processes and the right people.
