Patrick has been involved with the Automotive Industry for the past 16 years. His experience is multifaceted
since he has served several roles within the industry. This experience stems from Sales, Finance and
Insurance, Management, and new brand Launches, to Business Development Center creation for multiple
point organizations. He has also been acquainted with the technology side of the Dealer World with
involvement in both selling and coordinating implementation of Dealership Management System Hardware
and Software, Networks, Internet Protocol Telephony, and CRM systems.
Most recently, Patrick has focused on the technology side of the business with building Business
Development Centers and orienting best practices for maximum process improvement, relationship
marketing, branding, and customer acquisition and retention.
Patrick is unique with his talent combination that includes all of the technical tools in conjunction with the
interpersonal skills of working with existing dealership staff and molding this respective skill set to optimize
the customer experience. This is the key to an effective business development center operation since there is
such an intimate tie between a customer who is making a major purchase and the immediate bonding
between them and the dealer consultant. This is where we really shine and can move the needle for the
dealer group’s operations.
