With MARTIN MARKETING co, I executed confidential marketing projects for DealerTrack and Finance Express.

A previous company of employ, newcars.com, has been acquired, by cars.com (Classified Ventures, Chicago), and my position as a Texas-based Regional Sales Manager is finished due to duplicating representation. I successfully completed cars.com’s management training regimen.

ICRM implementation for manufacturers and dealer groups/direct. This process began with a full dealer assessment, including the review of the complete financials. I implemented customer management programs in dealer operations which enhance the customer experience…the key to loyalty.
