Accountability is the key word in management. At our store we hold our slaes people accountable every week in front of their peers. We require a weekly forecast from every sales person and they all know that they will be held accountable at our weekly meeting. They will be praised for meeting or exceeding their forecast and if they fail they will stand on the carpet and explain to their peers why they did not reach their forecast.
