Appone by Walter Kluwers Need feedback any experiences both good and bad?

We are an independent dealer looking to add prime lenders and have been told that Appone is a good solution. We are looking for real experiences, what are the drawbacks? Any recourse with specific lenders? We appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks,
