LHPH vs BHPH - Chapter 13

Posted on September 24, 2009 at 9:01am 7 Comments

What is the advantage in a Chapter 13 for the LHPH dealer over a BHPH dealer? I understand CH13 for BHPH. My dealer principle is convinced that in LHPH we would be much better off if the customer files a 13.
What do you think?

Thanks, Gene. It's great to be here. I'm not sure I can post any knowledge - I'm more on the asking for wisdom stage in this business. I just finished a long military career and this is my second run at life. I'm really excited, but just getting going. I did post a forum discussion on CAC. If you have any input on my questions there, I would love to get your insight.

Gene,
First, thanks for noticing that we had eclipsed 1000 members. It is nice to reach four digits. The neat thing is that over 60 percent are dealers.
Second, thanks for your support. We built this for dealers to share ideas, opinions and success stories in order to find a way to shorten everyone's learning curve. You have been a supporter since the very beginning and my team and I appreciate it.
Best regards,
GG
