LHPH vs BHPH - Chapter 13

What is the advantage in a Chapter 13 for the LHPH dealer over a BHPH dealer? I understand CH13 for BHPH. My dealer principle is convinced that in LHPH we would be much better off if the customer files a 13.

The client is in Indiana, they have a 50Million portfolio. Yes the will put together a package, including relocation, bonus salary. They really half to have BHPH experience. I hope this clarifies any questions.
