Chris, How is your business at the Saturn store? We have a Saturn store here in Tulsa, and it does not do well. I feel that it just isn't marketed enough. It is owned by a Honda Dealer that has been here for 20 years, and it sits in between the Hon…

I agree with both of you, I can remember when I first stated in the business in 1994. It was all about CSI in New Cars. Each Dealer did not have to beat eachother up to sell cars. You hit them at sticker minus rebates and that was that. The first De…

I really do not think it would work unless all Dealerships were to do this. Ford tried it here in Oklahoma about ten years ago, They tried to buy up all the individually owned Ford Stores in the Tulsa and OKC market. They tried to go to a One price…

Emplyment

I just wanted to know if anyone else out tere is feeling the crunch like we in Okahoma are?

I have been in this Business 15 Years, and I have never seen the Automotive job market like it is now. I feel like none of the Dealer want Experience, or Loyalty anymore. Hi Fred. The Utube commercials you have are hilarious. Thanks for the humor. If you visit my home page you'll see that I work for a company that owns and operates the 4th largest chain of BHPH dealerships. I head up dealer education and training and I am also the moderator for our BHPH Performance Groups (20 Groups for BHPH dealers). Let me know if I can help or contribute to your questions or concerns in any way. Mark

Fred, Glad you have found this site. Lot's of great talent in here. Alot of the dealers want store clerks like kmart or pennys. The CarMax way. Old dogs new tricks kind of problem. Maybe you'll find some good news through this site. If I can help let me know.
