Responsible for developing and implementing business plan. Started brand new program, including hiring of staff. Promoted the USECU Indirect Lending program to area auto dealers. Responsibilities included (but were not limited to), outside sales and marketing, creating and discerning company reports, setting goals.
• Achieved $10M in loan volume our 4th month. On track to surpass our annual goal of $75M for 2006 by $25M. Signed 75 new dealers in the first 3 months. Implemented DealerTrack, becoming only the second credit union in the San Diego market on the system (and negotiated $0 start-up fees, saving the company $10K).
• June 2007: Program produced $17.3M in volume, exceeding goal by 186%.
• July 2007: Produced $15.4M in volume. Have exceeded annual goal of $75M with 5 months remaining.
