Stay away from Service Contracts from National Vehicle Protection Services

A word to anybody using service contracts facilitated by the National Vehicle  Protection Services (Interstate, American Guardian, Marathon, NASC). I have a customer that I witnessed try to cancel a contract and actually had the company hang up on him instead of cancelling it. .One guy was extremely rude and argued with him for ten minutes and then transferred my customer to another CSR who argued for another ten minutes and then just hung up on the customer. I have never in twelve years ever…See More

AJ AGER replied to Mary's discussion Looking for Feedback on Westlake Financial in the group Auto Finance Companies
"The key to westlake is your rep. The program will drive you nuts unless you have the right vehicles but you'll learn which ones score better in their system but if you don't have a good enough rep the company is awful. Your rep will help…"

722Redemption How much experience out there

Just got an approval from 722 redemption. First time I've used the program. Seems pretty good deal. Lady just filed chapter 13 in april and we're getting her a loan. Whats some of everybody's experience out there with them. Seems like this is a great market to go after if they fund relatively brain damage free

Will the last lender still open turn the lights off

Posted on March 26, 2009 at 10:46am 2 Comments

As Fireside ceases buying deals, I am amazed at the lenders that are dropping. What i have noticed in this time and I would hope lenders might see this also is that the lenders that have stuck to what has made them successful are the ones that are still able to lend right now. It was the lenders in the last five years that tried to branch out and do things to cature business they were missing that realized it was business they didn't want. Capital One comes to mind on this. In the old days of… Continue
