There is so much monies to be made for the Dealership, yourself If we would just learn to build RELATIONSHIPS with our customers. Just think about your buying habits do you do business with a Company or the people in the Company. I like Starbucks but I always don't like the people in the Starbucks because some places treat you like a number and others treat you like an invited guest!! JUST THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MINUTE then change your ways. SLOW DOWN, BUILD VALUE, SELL BENEFITS.......
