Gayle to answer your inquiry, the simple starter interrupt was designed to give post due date reminder/s and the consequence of not paying of having the starter interrupted. They worked well for a logn time, and still do that function admirably. Reminding functions get that job done. There is a new systme that provides multiple function of reminding as well as the interrupt consequence and location if you allow an account to get that far out of line or the occasinal skip.
