The first thing to understand is that BHPH is different a from normal used car lot or special finance lot. In reality we are trying to "sell" credit not purchasing a car. With that in mind, the goal of the website changes from selling cars to acquiring credit applications. An important difference.
You need a secure credit application...keep it short and sweet. When you get one completed from a customer, call and email quickly to set an appointment. Don't try to sell on the appointment call, just schedule it.
Make the site easy to see what you want them to do...the credit application button should be bigger and easier to read than the other buttons on your page.
