The first thing to understand is that BHPH is different a from normal used car lot or special finance lot. In reality we are trying to "sell" credit not purchasing a car. With that in mind, the goal of the website changes from selling cars to acquiring credit applications. An important difference.
You need a secure credit application...keep it short and sweet. When you get one completed from a customer, call and email quickly to set an appointment. Don't try to sell on the appointment call, just schedule it.
Make the site easy to see what you want them to do...the credit application button should be bigger and easier to read than the other buttons on your page.
These two tips should help you get more applications. Any thoughts.

The next thing you may try to improve sales from your BHPH web site is to put your company web address (url) on your building in letters 12-18 inches tall. You can mount them on the building itself or put tape letters in your showroom glass. Chances are, you are located on a major highway. Why not take advantage of that fact and put your url there?

It's cheap, will be seen by all the people driving by and takes almost no maintenance.
