I have an issue with extended warranty companies not paying for shop supplies and so what do i do with them.I think getting the extended warr. companies to pay them is not possible.
What i am wondering is if you are then making the customer pay for them?One particular circumstance i am wondering about if there was no other work performed other than work which was covered by a $0 deductible service contract,are you making your customers pay the $10-$25 in shop supplies or are you deleting them off of the ro?Getting much of a fight out of your customers?
