Offering top level products is key to reducing complaints but, the future profits in F&I will come from offering some different programs. With all the "Banking" problems, I look to see a huge increase in flats. That being said, we had to come up with things as an agency to help our dealers. "No Charge-Back VSC programs, non-chemical appearance packages, key replacement and repair, and others are designed to supplement adn show how F&I can be different. We've also added a product menu for service to sell all F&I products (except GAP) after the delivery.

Windshield, dent and ding, roadside assistance are all very effective programs. One of the biggest things I am using/promoting is Money Back Guarantee on service contracts. This is a great program I have used thru National Automotive Experts called No Use No Lose!

What a great forum! The team at VertiSEL all worked in F&I at the largest Chrysler dealership and have centered our product around doing something with all the denied applicants and maximizing backend profit. Things are going to get a lot better!
