nobody gave you responses... people on these sites get this all the time and the are "car guys" so they know its done mostly as a "fishing expedition"... your gonna just need to talk to your dealers on visits.. I will say this... The products selling now are any that retail for less than $500.00....$299-$499.. thats whats selling!!

I agree with you in terms of products that sells at a reasonable price, as customers due to the economy have shy away from hefty priced items. I know that even this forum is for car people, many are busy trying to figure how to stay afloat...with people being more frugal...dealers needs to have value products and have trained people that can offer all products to customers in a sensible manner. Do you have your dealers using bi-weekly programs to help sell products? As I find this to be a very good tool.

yes, we provide the bi weekly option and the menu shows both the monthly and bi weekly payments... Do you have Key/Remote replacement? Road Assistance for indpendants?

yes...I do have those. Do you call mostly on independent or equally franchised and independents.

We do 70% Tire and Wheel, then stand alone roadside assistance has been very strong (and cheap).
