So we work 65-70 Hours per week,We get burned out. The menu software programs are so slow and then the customer gives you a survey that says , the F&I experience was great BUT, the process was to long, Now you should have had a 10 score , but it became a 9.You have more paper work then they have at recycle storage facility.We go on and on BUT,we still love what we do. Now what is F&I Labor Union again?
