If you are in the Colorado, Arizona, California, Oregon, Nevada or Washington market, you may be interested in looking at my program.  Great alternative to BHPH, geared for Independent dealers but works in Franchise stores if you learn how to work it!  We love units up to 12 yrs old and up to 180k mileage... and we're old school... no scoring crap, deals are deals... and we have lots of money!

Just curious Ben who do you do business with? These are sub prime deals, lenders and dealers understand that there is a cost and risk involved in this segment of our business. Each lender might not be for every dealer but dealers have a need for their services The dealer has to see who has the best terms,rates etc to fit their needs.

Ben, I have no problem with first payment defaults ( I could count on One hand how many over 15 years I have had) as long as I know the rules going in! Things happen in secondary and I can deal.  My main issue is 1. changing the deal without good cause. 2. slow funding.

Westlake is on top of their game. They fund quickly and have a full spectrum. 6 total programs that compete in all areas. You must educate yourself on the programs and you will make a lot of deals. :D

Its the first payment defaults I never liked.

Santander,UACC,Westlake,etc all have first payment defaults, I would never ever do business with FPD companies.

We can't get Westlake to buy anything. We used to do 15 deals a month with them. And, we had the same issue with a deal that was "re-scored." I can't get $6,000 cars with $5,000 down to work. I'm not sure what's going on at Westlake? We've had good experiences with the people who work for them, but something changed on our end. Glad we have ACC to fill that void for us.

Who's the dealer in Missouri Uncle Jeff? Haaaa....ACC is the real deal. Sign up ASAP. The only hitch is having the right inventory, but you'll figure it out. 2006-2009 vehicles that book for under 9k and have less then 70k work the best! I just told Westlake to get out of my dealership today as they "RESCORED" one of my deals after I sent in my deal with a Yes/Yes and no changes in the info provided, this is the second time (and the second time I have stoped doing business) I cannot accept a lender changing my call back without a reason except "we rescored it". Sorry Mike  Westlake is a BAD word with me!
