Is anyone using Voisys as a lead provider and what do you think of them?
Are the leads fresh and are you having success?

They are not the best lead provider, because they business is not lead generation. Use them for the IVR ( Integrated Voice Response ) that is their specialty. It allows you to have 24/7/365 response to your ads.
The best leads I have used are the ones from ACE (Auto Credit Express) call Ryan Coe.

We are a buy here pay here dealership with 2 locations with no experience in buying leads until recently. We just completed a trial with 25 free leads from voisys and sold 1 of those leads. I will say that in the trial period we had very loose filters so some of those leads were out of our market or the customers were looking for motorcycle financing. So out of the 25 leads only about 6 of them were something we were interested in. With that being said once we signed on we were able to set much tighter filters to only receive leads that were targeted more to what we look for. We are in a very rural area and small market so our volume is not very high with the filters we have set but so far we have been able to get one out of three leads in the door. Also, the leads that never answer or return our calls, have already purchased, no longer in the market for a vehicle, or provided bad info on the app, we are able to get a credit for that lead and it cost us nothing. Like I said we have no experience in buying leads so we have a lot to learn as in techniques to get the customers on the lot and turn them into sells, but so far it seems to be a good investment. We have no other provider to compare our experience with voisys to so take this for what it is worth.

I too am on the trial period but have not had good results. The leads are either too old, have too poor of credit for normal subprime lenders or don't return phone calls or emails. Many have bad email addresses. One had an open bankruptcy even though they say they screen against that. Many have credit scores way lower than the cutoff. No sales out of 23 leads. Three were interested. One was creditworthy but unrealistic.

Trevor, I’ve given Voisys three opportunities to deliver real leads. They have failed to do so all three times, most recently they had to credit every single lead over a 45 day period. Greg can confirm if need be. I like the guy, but the leads are recycled and co-reg garbage. For the record, we have a decent closing % on other providers leads and a stellar closing on the ones we generate ourselves. feel free to contact me if you need more info.
