Currently my company uses a credit application (really a simple lead generator) supplied by Promax. The advantage to this is that it sends every completed app right into Promax as a web lead. The disadvantage is that they charge us for having this credit app... $200 a month or so. I'd like to eliminate that by programming my own form and having it communicate with Promax. I'm an intermediate programmer and this might be beyond my skills, so I'm looking for recommendations or possibly even a programmer to hire to complete the job.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?
