The problem you will have is you don't really have a lot of real pictures on your website, just a lot of stock photo.
If that is your intention...your current site is fine.
Most used car websites are overkill and unless you are thinking of Autotrader and Cars.com there really not necessary.
Keep in mind that most companies Desking and Inventory systems will not integrate with your website.
Check with them first.
Website that do not include SEO ( search optimization ) and SEM ( search marketing ) are worthless.

We switched to World Dealer a while back, and we LOVE them. Our leads went up, easy to use, look is great, and no chance of ever switching.

We used to have V12 Software. Pretty sweet deal for $99/month.User interface is the best I've seen.
Since late last year we switched to WebxLoo. Little buggy but their SEO tools are excellent.
Other extremely good but lot more expensive options are:
eBizAutos
eCarList
In addition to nice IMS, they have better DMS software and excellent wholesale integration with OVE.com, Manheim Simulcast, Openlane, Adesa and GMAC SmartAuction.

As an internet marketer who works with dealers to generate their own leads I can't provide a specific CMS (which I assume is what you mean by web provider). I would however suggest you look for a solution that is SEO friendly as you will want to work on optimizing your site and generating your own leads. This will save you money in the long run and you will enjoy higher conversion rates.

We've been working with Carsforsale.com. They do a great job for us and $99/ month. They pull our inventory out of DealPack and get it online and give us management tools for Craigslist and a lot more.
