Do you find yourself hiring based on need in due to increase in sales,expansion etc or does it seem to kind of creep up on you and all of a sudden you find yourself short staffed?
Do you recruit and hire quarterly ,twice a year,is there a plan in place?
Do you try and recruit one at a time or a "class" to make initial training easier and more effective.
Love to hear dealers and managers input on this subject and any other info you could add.
