Depending on what programs you use, you can use a variety of different resources for your flyer templates. One site that is particularly good for high quality, print ready flyers is GraphicRiver. They have a lot of InDesign and Photoshop templates that are ready to go out of the box. They're not free, but they're minimal cost at around $10 being the average. 

Freebies are hard to come by and not usually very high quality. If you have a good set of creative suite skills, a Google search for flyer templates may come in handy.

I don't know anyone with flyer templates but Vistaprint but I use mostly greeting cards and post cards for the last 4 plus years and I use http://www.EasySalesByReferrals.com
