One site that is particularly good for high quality, print ready flyers is GraphicRiver. They have a lot of InDesign and Photoshop templates that are ready to go out of the box. They're not free, but they're minimal cost at around $10 being the average.
Freebies are hard to come by and not usually very high quality. If you have a good set of creative suite skills, a Google search for flyer templates may come in handy.
