F&I Training in Houston, Texas ??
I've been a car salesman for a few dealers here in Houston, Texas and have learned the business pretty well but now have been asked to head the F&I of an independent dealership. Working at the other dealers, I have learned a lot about sub-prime lending so I know I'm capable of doing it but someone told me to get F&I certified. Does anyone know where I can go or a good course to take to do that here in Houston??

Richard, I would suggest you take a look at the F&I certification course from the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. The course is delivered online and is very extensive. You can find out more at their website, afip.com.
