Building book of business

Advice from any and all, I've been out of the business for over ten years. What I'm wanting to do is sell 10 to 15 cars a month without depending on floor ups. I work for great dealership and have excellent preowned cars to sell help, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a salesperson who is getting about 5-8 deals a month working Facebook and that number is growing. He had a large following before he started for me but is working his warm crowd successfully.
